Travel Planner is a shared notebook for a friend group planning one trip. These are the plain terms for using it.

What it’s for

Use Travel Planner for your own trips, with the people you invite to them. It’s not a marketplace or a booking service — we don’t sell travel, and nothing in the app is a booking or a purchase made through us.

Your content is yours

You own what you and your group put into a trip — the itinerary, the ideas, the expenses, the files you attach. We store it so your trip works; we don’t claim it, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running the app for your group.

Behave

Don’t use Travel Planner to harass anyone, break the law, or abuse the service. We can suspend or end an account that does.

Provided as-is

Travel Planner is provided as-is, with no warranty. It’s built and run by one person; we do our best to keep your trip safe and available, but we can’t promise it’s never down or never loses something.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. If something material changes, we’ll say so on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law / jurisdiction].
